Privacy Notice
How we handle information sent through this website.
This notice explains what R.C. Transport collects, why we collect it, and how to ask about a record.
Information We Collect
The information depends on the form you choose.
Freight, dispatch, and tracking requests
These forms may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, load or reference number, origin, destination, pickup and delivery dates, request type, and message. R.C. Transport uses this information to quote freight, answer shipment questions, coordinate appointments, or provide a tracking link or load update.
Billing and POD requests
These forms may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, request type, load number, invoice number, amount in question, and message. R.C. Transport uses it to research invoices, PODs, payment status, and billing questions.
Parking requests
These forms may collect your name, company, phone number, email address, equipment type, number of spaces or units, requested start date, weekly or monthly preference, whether equipment will be left unattended, and your message. R.C. Transport uses it to evaluate availability and respond about parking.
General and carrier-setup requests
These forms may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, request type, and message. R.C. Transport uses it to answer general business questions or provide current carrier-setup documents through the approved request process.
Initial driver application forms
The driver forms on www.rctransport.net are initial recruiting forms. They may collect your name, phone number, email address, city and state, position, work preference or preferred home-time arrangement, years of Class A CDL experience, recent tractor-trailer experience, current-employment status, available start date, best time to call, referral source, comments, and consent to be contacted. They also capture campaign information, referring and landing-page URLs, the position page, and submission time so R.C. Transport can identify the source of an application.
Invite-only driver application portal
Applicants invited to complete the separate driver-qualification application at apply.rctransport.net may be asked for sensitive identity, CDL, address, safety, employment, authorization, and electronic-signature information. That separate system has its own Driver Application Privacy Notice. Review that notice before entering sensitive information.
Security and technical information
The site may process an IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps, referral information, and security-check data to prevent spam, enforce rate limits, and protect forms. Public forms may use a short-lived PHP session cookie for the local fallback security question when Cloudflare Turnstile is unavailable or a visitor chooses the local option. Driver campaign details may be kept temporarily in browser session storage so they stay attached to the application.
Form submissions may be saved in a server-side record that includes the submitted fields, message, IP address, browser user-agent, intended recipients, and delivery status. This helps R.C. Transport review delivery problems and keep necessary business records.
Do not submit sensitive personal information or documents through ordinary forms on www.rctransport.net. Do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver-license or medical-card images, Clearinghouse documents, banking information, health or disability information, passwords, or other sensitive identity records through those forms or by ordinary email. Only use the separate invite-only driver portal after R.C. Transport provides access, and follow the instructions and privacy notice shown there.
Use and Sharing
Who receives form information.
Requests are sent only to the R.C. Transport personnel responsible for the subject of the form. That may include the owner, dispatch, billing, parking, or the people responsible for driver applications and qualification follow-up. R.C. Transport does not publish form submissions on the website.
When available and selected, Cloudflare Turnstile processes information needed to distinguish people from automated traffic on ordinary website forms. A same-origin security question is available as a fallback. Website hosting, server, and email-delivery providers also process information as needed to operate the site and deliver form messages. The separate invite-only driver portal identifies its own hosting, database, storage, authentication, and email providers in the Driver Application Privacy Notice.
R.C. Transport may also retain or disclose information when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, recordkeeping, or protecting the company and its customers.
Retention and Requests
How long information is kept and how to contact us.
R.C. Transport may keep ordinary website-form information as needed to respond, maintain business records, meet safety or legal obligations, and resolve follow-up questions. Email records and routine backups may remain longer. Driver-portal records follow the separate process described in the Driver Application Privacy Notice.
To ask for a correction or deletion, use the general contact form or email ryan@rctransport.net. You may also call 1-866-936-2087. Tell us which form you used, the approximate date, and what you want corrected or deleted. Some records may need to be kept for legal, safety, or legitimate business reasons.
